Mixing Purples
Mixing purple sounds easy all you have to do is mix red and blue together those two primary colours create the secondary colour purple.
But as a beginner painter, it takes time and practice to mix the colour purple. Do you want to try to be as precise as possible and mix equal parts or red with equal parts blue.
The type of blue or red paint will also create a different colour of purple. It's good to practice experimenting with mixing your purples.
Common Purple Mixing Mistake
A common mistake that beginner painters make is that their brush might be too dirty with other colours from completing their previous painting so it's good to start with a fresh clean brush when you are doing colour mixing.
